I am having a nightmare experience with Paladin. They promised delivery of my 5 radiators in late September then at the last minute tried to tell me this had to be pushed back until late November. By this time I had already removed my old radiators ready for the installation. I complained about this and was then promised early October for 4 of the 5 radiators, with the fifth in November. On the day before delivery I was told there were only 3 going to be delivered, with the fourth also being pushed back to November. On the day of delivery (after chasing myself to find out a delivery time) I was

Have recently had these installed, the customer service was excellent throughout ordering and delivery. And so far we are very happy with the quality, however we havent had them working that much yet. If you are looking for good quality products Id highly recommend.

Buyer beware, particularly those in the States. Installed our Paladin Radiators back in 2009 and they started failing in 2017. The Paladin ten year warrantee solution was to send new parts, which required my HVAC people to uninstall each of the radiators, and take apart and reassemble all of the units at considerable expense. We are using distilled water in the system, so no water issues, but ribs are leaking. Fast forward to 2021 - they are now beyond warrantee, and, the rebuilt rads are failing again. Sigh. Buy local! At least then if there are problems, the solution is local.

Beautiful workmanship and a high quality finish to their radiators. We have bought a couple of different styles from them in the past. Paladin couldnt have been more helpful when talking to them about colours and in general their customer service is excellent.
