Most people will take time to complain, and are slow to offer Praise! I have recently dealt with Karen/Nick in a professional capacity through work and have been provided with a new office chair. For some-one who spends several hours a day working at a desk, and has ongoing orthopedic problems, finding the right chair is more important to me than most. I can only echo the sentiments of the other reviewers and say that the team at Ergomonkey are very professional and very customer focused. Nothing is too much trouble, and they take pride in finding the right solution for you. I would whole heartedly

Impeccable customer service - Nik who I dealt with was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and generously went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. This was a small order for home use, but should the business opportunity arise, Ergomonkey will no doubt be my first port of call. Would recommend very highly!
