I raised a concern (not complaint) about one of the delivery drivers. what a polite and helpful reply to the 'phone. the gentleman respectfully listened, apologized quickly and assured me he would address my concern. A company I would be very happy to purchase from or work with. thank you

Gotta love these guys. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm not a builder or tradesman, but use them when I can. I Recently went in for just a fibre washer and the gent behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Even for 53p!!!. Don't worry if your just a member of the public, as they'll still give you a warm welcome and advise you if your not sure of something. Totally recommend.

People inside the Bodmin shop extremely helpful in sorting my order. Men inside the warehouse where I went to collect my order were very rude and unhelpful, very condescending when trying to pick up my order. Got very patronising and blamed me for not following the correct collection procedure considering it was my first time there. Currently renovating my house and was recommended Tamar trading for supplies but wont be using again 👎
