If your project falls under any of these categories it will be a legal obligation for a notice to be served to the adjoining neighbours to obtain their consent. Our surveyors are able to identify the party wall and adjoining owners and determine if the proposed work falls under the Party Wall Act. If the work does fall under the Party Wall Act our surveyors can correctly notify all affected neighbours by sending out a Party Wall Notice.
