We are Goddards, a dedicated Quantity Surveying practice established in 1984 and based in Christchurch, Dorset. With over four decades of experience, we specialise in providing pre-contract quantity surveying services, particularly the preparation of Bills of Quantities for major construction projects. Our expertise spans Design & Build, PFI, and Plan & Specification projects, typically ranging from 2 million to 150 million in value. Our team comprises six experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and three Assistant Quantity Surveyors, collectively offering 135 years of industry knowledge and skills. We adhere to the Standard Method of Measurement (SMM7) and New Rules of Measurement (NRM2), utilising advanced software from Visual Precision Ltd to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
