Great company, providing a professional and courteous service throughout. I commissioned Inform to undertake a snagging report on my new build property - this proved to be invaluable, identifying issues which the builder would not have addressed otherwise. I would really recommend this company based on their comprehensive survey information and customer service. Gavin & Felix were so friendly and took the time to speak with me over the phone to answer the many questions I had. My surveyor was obviously extremely knowledgeable, and what was great is that he explained his findings to me in a way that I understood without being patronising. They provided me with a nice middle option between a home buyers report and a full comprehensive survey called a 'summary of defects and repairs', which was a great option based on what I felt I needed.
