We are Grummant Heating & Plumbing Services Heating & Plumbing Services, a family-run mechanical, heating, plumbing and ventilation specialist established in November 1982. With more than four decades of operational experience, we have built a trusted reputation across Kent and the surrounding counties. Around 95% of our annual project workload is delivered for main contractors, large commercial developments and high-specification luxury residential properties. We complete in excess of 300 projects each year, with individual project values ranging from 100,000 to 3 million. Our team of more than 30 directly employed staff is supported by 21 tracked vehicles, enabling efficient multi-project management and rapid response. We provide end-to-end support from pre-construction planning and technical design through to final commissioning and long-term maintenance. Every project is assigned a dedicated foreman who acts as a single point of contact for clear, consistent communication.

Heating systems
We design, install and commission a full range of heating systems for commercial and premium residential properties across Kent. Our offerings include gas-fired heating, underfloor heating, radiator systems, radiant panels, fan convectors and air source heat pumps. Every system is installed to the highest standards to deliver efficient, reliable heat for building occupants.
Ventilation and air management
We supply and install compliant ventilation systems for all types of commercial and high-specification residential buildings. Our range includes B101 compliant systems, natural ventilation, MVHR, hybrid ASHP and gas systems, and fire-rated ventilation. All installations are designed to optimise air quality, meet regulatory requirements and support building energy efficiency.
Mechanical and plumbing services
We deliver full mechanical and plumbing services for new builds, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance projects.
