Questions
What materials do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced British wood including oak, ash, and maple from managed forests. All materials meet UK environmental standards for responsible forestry practices.
Can you create custom designs not shown in your portfolio?
Yes, our speciality is transforming client concepts into unique pieces. We work from rough sketches or detailed specifications to develop bespoke furniture solutions tailored to individual needs.
What is your production timeline for custom orders?
Standard projects typically take 5 working days. More complex commissions require discussion during the design consultation phase to establish realistic delivery schedules based on project scope.
Do you offer international shipping?
We primarily serve UK clients but can arrange international delivery through specialist couriers. Additional charges apply and will be quoted separately based on destination and item size.
How does the payment process work?
We require 50% deposit before production begins with the balance due upon completion. Payments can be made via BACS transfer with receipts provided for all transactions.
