Country Ceramics have just replaced three bathrooms for us and we could not be happier. The entire process - from initial measuring/quotes, through to choosing fittings and then ultimately installation - was almost unbelievably smooth and painless. They always did what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget. Their advice on layout/fittings was top-class, as was the workmanship and installation. I don't have enough good things to say about them. They just made everything so easy and painless. I don't think I have ever come across a more pleasant company to do business with - and

Didnt show up for initial quote having arranged a time to visit. No contact, nothing....just didn't show up. Re-arranged a second time, they turned up took lots of measurements and then left. Then called to say they wouldn't quote because we had too many items of our own to install. Dreadful service. A complete waste of time and effort !

I booked Country Ceramics in to totally refit my family bathroom after a flood last year. They offered a full design and installation service in a hassle free way. The install was delivered as promised and slightly before time in a very professional way. The level of detail in the workmanship was unbelievable without any services being subbed out. I would highly recommend Paul, Tom and Heidi.
