Sillence-Hurn were able to get on site next day to prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations that was urgently required. They were also very good at providing me with a detailed verbal feedback at the end of the site visit that helped me to keep the process moving forward, whilst awaiting the submission of the final schedule. Sillence Hurn carried out a full buildings survey on a property we were purchasing. Steve, the surveyor took the time at our request to talk us through on the phone the top level findings before the report was ready in order for us to move forwards with conveyancing. The report was well written and the guidance and advice clear and concise and the fee was reasonable (I had a few quotes and this was one of the more affordable options).
