Khoury Architects

Established in 2005, Khoury Architects is a Stourbridge-based practice dedicated to creating contemporary, sustainable spaces that balance innovation with social, economic, and environmental responsibility. Our team combines architectural excellence with interior design expertise, serving private and public sectors across the UK through projects ranging from housing and student accommodation to care homes and mixed-use developments. We prioritise a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and translate them into practical, cost-effective designs. Our methodology integrates rigorous analysis, contextual understanding, and sustainable technologies to ensure planning success, buildability, and long-term value. Recognised for our achievements, we received two RIBA Awards in 2016 for exceptional design at Chattock Gardens.

With a focus on creativity and technical precision, we deliver projects across all RIBA Work Stages, from initial feasibility studies to practical completion. Our commitment to quality extends to commercial sectors, where we transform briefs into commercially viable solutions through strategic design thinking. Client testimonials highlight our problem-solving ethos, where challenges are embraced as opportunities to innovate. Through photorealistic visualisations and comprehensive planning submissions, we navigate complex regulatory environments to achieve successful outcomes. Our practice maintains consistent leadership throughout projects, with Directors directly overseeing design inception and execution to ensure alignment with client aspirations.
