Having ordered a bath panel online it arrived damaged. They took weeks to reply and pick up and replace with a damaged panel again. The whole process repeated for a third time and when asked to refund the money after having sourced a perfect example elsewhere they have not replied to our emails or refunded the money. Beware, these people also trade under a different name and are un-trustworthy. This whole process has taken almost three months and is without a satisfactory supply or refund of the money. They seem intent on hoping that I and the problem will go away by ignoring you as much as they

If it was possible I'd give no stars. Appalling service and customer service is non existant. Order never arrived and I had to contact my bank to get my money back. Avoid at all costs. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Unfortunately I failed to read reviews prior to placing an order. Their customer service is horrendous. Called today to track an order as, i have had zero communication from this company since taking my money and despite providing a tracking link in an email, they don't actually provide tracking information. I spoke to an incredibly rude customer service agent called Yasmine, whom proceeded to speak over me at every opportunity. And never actually got around to clarifying any of my queries. I ordered an item that was stated on the site to be in stock. Yasmine then informed me it is not, it is currently
